1.Enhance and expand key accounts; identify and secure new business opportunities to boost revenue and client base. Drive growth in key accounts, consistently exceeding previous fiscal year’s achievements in line with the company’s budget. Deliver superior agency and client service, offering tactical direction and innovative solutions. Proactively manage and strategize sales activities for optimum results. Seek out and secure new business opportunities to enhance company profitability. Develop and implement strategic solutions for clients, aligning with their broader media and strategy plans. Ensure the retention of existing clients by consistently exceeding their expectations with high-quality, impactful work.
Responsibilities
- 2. Manage client relationships Clearly comprehend and communicate client strategic and operational requirements Consistently achieve high client satisfaction, measured through targeted feedback, reviews, and campaign responses. Continuously adapting and adjusting approaches to benefit client and company needs Actively communicate and network across all company departments to facilitate effective problem-solving. Establishing, maintaining, and developing all business relationships Skillfully negotiate with clients to optimize proposals, ensuring alignment with both client and company objectives

Manage contracts or sales agreements Manage requests from clients for contract change details or requirements Collaborate with the legal department to review contract parameters, ensuring legal compliance. Facilitate and implement necessary amendments to existing contracts as required. Proactively manage contract renewals, ensuring completion well before their expiry dates.
- 4.Reporting and forecasting Maintain rigorous CRM discipline; deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline health checks, and internal reporting to drive business planning.
- 5.Strategic account growth Design and implement long-term account growth strategies; proactively identify upsell and partnership opportunities across the portfolio.
- 6.Organisational capacity Mentor and coach junior sales staff; contribute actively to building a high-performing, knowledge-driven team culture.
Requirements
- Matric essential
- A formal qualification in media would be advantageous
- Minimum 3 years in sales – 1 year in industry (FMCG)
- Strong CRM experience, ideally HubSpot or salesforce
