<div><div><div>Responsibilities:  </div><div><ul><li>Assisting the Store manager with Stock take & store administration </li><li>Monitor and analyse stock movement within the store </li><li>Implement risk management procedures, which mitigate stock losses and Shrinkage. </li><li>Ensure compliance of all administration, systems and reporting procedures </li><li>Extracting store report to analyse store turnover and stock performance </li><li>Understand and present information to Store manager </li><li>Organise and maintain in store filing systems </li><li>Monitor and controller cash or transactional activities to ensure process is followed </li><li>Uphold in store safety and security procedures.</li><li>Process Customer transactions via active retail system (POS) </li><li>Identifying Customer needs through professional engagement and communication. </li><li>Establish Customer loyalty, by promoting cash reward programs. </li><li>Take initiative to improve Customer experience and satisfaction. </li><li>Adhere to visual Merchandising principles and follow housekeeping procedures </li><li>Continuously take on opportunities to develop your own selling skills and product knowledge. </li><li>Work within a team to meet sales target and implement store objectives. </li></ul><div>  </div><div><div>Qualifications and Experience: </div><div><ul><li>A Grade 12 qualification </li><li>A minimum of 3 years retail or admin experience </li></ul></div></div><ul><li>Remain in sync with the latest fashion trends </li><li>A passion for excellent Customer services and sales environment  </li></ul><div>  </div><div><div>Skills: </div><div><ul><li>Good administration ability. </li><li>Be computer literate </li><li>Customer Service Delivery </li><li>Planning & Organising  </li><li>Policy & Procedures </li><li>Customer Value Management </li><li>Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments. </li><li>Good verbal/ written communication skills and good organisational skills </li><li>Strong organizational and planning skills </li><li>The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment </li><li>The ability to work independently </li><li>The ability to take initiative </li><li>A high level of attention to detail </li></ul><div>  </div><div>Behaviours for success:  </div><div><ul><li>Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. </li><li>Effectively building formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization. </li><li>Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. </li><li>Making good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward. </li><li>Anticipating and adopting innovations in business-building digital and technology applications. </li><li>Creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives. </li><li>Making good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward. </li><li>Using a combination of feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into personal strengths and weaknesses. </li><li>Developing people to meet both their career goals and the organization’s goals. </li><li>Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement. </li><li>Actively learning through experimentation when tackling new problems, using both successes and failures as learning fodder. </li><li>Providing direction, delegating, and removing obstacles to get work done. </li><li>Creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives. </li></ul><div>  </div><div>Preference will be given, but not limited to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act. </div></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;">
