We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple store locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational performance, ensuring brand consistency, developing site managers, and achieving business growth across the region. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the performance of multiple store locations within the assigned region
- Support and guide Site Managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and achievement of regional targets
- Monitor store performance through KPIs, reporting, and data analysis
- Ensure consistent implementation of Eat Fresh brand standards across all sites
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Analyse financial reports, manage budgets, and control operational costs
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of Site Managers and key staff
- Identify training needs and implement development plans
- Manage employee relations, performance issues, and disciplinary processes
- Ensure effective stock management, procurement, and waste control across sites
- Collaborate with Head Office on operational strategies and business improvements
- Drive local marketing initiatives and community engagement across stores
- Ensure all stores are audit-ready and meet company compliance standards
- Identify opportunities for new store growth and operational improvements

Qualifications:
- Matric
- Relevant qualification
- Proven experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, or similar multi-site leadership role
