- Grade: 12. Retail or Business-related Degree / Diploma (Advantageous).
- 8+ Years of retail experience.
- 5 + years of store management experience.
- Demonstrate a Retail trading mentality
- Strong leadership skills.
- High analytical ability with strong numeracy skills.
- Employee-centric (proven track record of this).
- Ability to coach and develop others.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Attention to detail.
