Job Description

An Assistant Manager is accountable for relieving the Store Manager in their absence and assists in maintaining company standards of housekeeping, merchandising, shrinkage control, discipline, and security.<ul>
<li>Matric / Grade 12 (Mathematics an advantage) or NQF Level 4&nbsp;</li>
<li>Previous experience managing people&nbsp;</li>
<li>Previous experience managing a department&nbsp;</li>
<li>Previous clothing retail experience would be highly advantageous&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong communication skills&nbsp;</li>
