We are looking for a detail-driven and highly organised Bid Coordinator to manage and support end-to-end tender processes. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality, competitive bids that drive new business opportunities. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the full bid/tender process from brief to submission
- Compile, format and produce professional, compliant bid documents
- Work closely with sales, operations and internal stakeholders to gather information and meet deadlines
- Track bid progress, manage timelines and ensure all submissions are completed on time
- Develop tailored bid responses and contribute to compelling, high-quality content
- Maintain bid documentation, records and content libraries
- Support business development teams in preparing winning bid strategies
- Review tender requirements, identify gaps, and develop tailored, high-quality proposal content
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong project management and coordination ability
- Excellent written communication with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple bids and meet tight deadlines under pressure
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyse tender requirements, identify gaps and develop tailored content
- Proactive, organised and able to work independently
- Innovative, solution-driven and commercially minded
- High level of accuracy, quality focus and governance awareness
- Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat)
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Project Management or related field
- APMP certification (advantageous)
- 5–8 years’ experience in bid coordination, tenders or related role
- Proven project management experience with strong track record of meeting deadlines
