We operate under Legal Practice Council (LPC) oversight, which means our trust accounting and billing processes are held to the highest professional standards. This role owns the full billing and trust cycle at Norton-Lambrianos. You are responsible for accurate and timely invoicing to corporate clients, trust transfers and payovers, debtor follow-up and cashbook management. Revenue accuracy and on-time billing are the two most important measures of success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Navigate client-specific billing requirements, portals and formats (each major bank and retailer has distinct invoicing rules).
- Maintain a master invoice log and track billing cycles per client.
Trust Transfers and Payovers
- Process trust transfers in compliance with LPC regulations and firm policy.
- Maintain proper allocation records for all trust transactions.
- Flag any discrepancies in trust accounts to the immediately.
