Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Butchery Skills certification (added advantage)
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a butchery environment
- Extensive knowledge of meat cuts, food safety, and butchery techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service with a passion for delivering the highest-quality products
- Experience in managing inventory and reducing waste in the butchery
Competencies
- Skilled in cutting, manufacturing, and merchandising butchery products.
- Proficient in operating butchery equipment and applying safe work procedures.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for Fresh products.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new information, trends, and technologies.
- High energy levels, resilience, and a growth mindset.
- Good communication skills
