What you'll do:

• Drive sales growth and achieve branch profitability targets.
• Manage and optimize stock availability, replenishment, and inventory control.
• Minimize stock losses through effective management of shrinkage, wastage, and markdowns.
• Ensure excellent merchandising, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster customer loyalty.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Monitor branch performance and provide accurate operational reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and legislative requirements.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, operational efficiency, and store presentation.

What you bring:

• Qualifications : Grade 12 (Matric)
• Experience : Minimum of 2 years' retail management or supervisory experience. Proven experience in achieving sales and operational targets.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Sound knowledge of stock control, merchandising, and retail operations.
