What you'll do:

• Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage inventory levels and implement effective stock control procedures to minimise shrinkage and optimise product availability.
• Ensure strict adherence to cash handling protocols and maintain accurate financial records.
• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvements.
• Develop and mentor staff by providing constructive feedback, training, and support to enhance individual and team performance.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages accountability, innovation, and customer focus.
• Coordinate with corporate departments to implement promotional activities and new initiatives effectively.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, highlighting achievements and areas for development.
