<h3><strong>Join Inkomoko's Business Advisor Talent Pool</strong></h3><p>Locations: Addis Ababa, Adama/Bishoftu, Assosa, Jigjiga, Gambella&nbsp;</p><p>Program: BA Academy Talent Pool&nbsp;</p><p>Positions: Business Development Advisor (BDA) &amp; Business Advisor (BA) - Fresh Graduate Track</p><p><strong>ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY</strong></p><p>Inkomoko delivers comprehensive, client-centered business development services to MSMEs across its program locations, combining structured training, individualized coaching, and continuous follow-up to help entrepreneurs improve business performance, build resilience, and achieve sustainable growth.</p><p>To ensure continuity and quality of service delivery- even during staff transitions such as leave, illness, or unforeseen absences- Inkomoko is building a pre-qualified Business Advisor Talent Pool through its BA Academy. Successful candidates will be trained, certified, and placed on a standby roster for rapid, temporary deployment when staffing gaps arise across our program locations.</p><p>This is a unique opportunity to gain Inkomoko's methodologies, tools, and standards, and to be first in line for deployment opportunities as a Business Development Advisor (BDA) or Business Advisor (BA).</p><p><strong>THE BA ACADEMY TRAINING PROGRAM</strong></p><p><strong>- Component</strong></p><p><strong>What to Expect:</strong></p><p>Selected Talent Pool members will participate in training and development opportunities provided by the organization. During the training period, participants will only receive a transportation allowance to support their participation.</p><p>Please note that inclusion in the Talent Pool does not guarantee employment or a paid role. Based on organizational needs and the availability of temporary placement opportunities, candidates who meet the required criteria may be considered for temporary work assignments.</p><p>Individuals selected for temporary placement roles will receive a contractual salary based on the requirements of the role, the candidate’s experience and competency level, and the organization’s applicable salary scale for that position.</p><p><strong>- Duration</strong></p><p>7 working days (5 days guided self-paced learning + 2 days practical coaching and assessment)</p><p><strong>- Self-Paced Learning</strong></p><p>Complete BA Academy modules, activities, reflections, quizzes, and exercises at your own pace, meeting daily milestones</p><p><strong>- Virtual Check-ins</strong></p><p>- Three facilitated 1-hour sessions to review progress and reinforce key concepts</p><p><strong>- Practical Skills Coaching</strong></p><p>Two days of intensive, in-person coaching on client advisory, training facilitation, communication, and problem-solving</p><p><strong>- Role Plays &amp; Simulations</strong></p><p>Practice real-life client advisory conversations, coaching sessions, and group facilitation</p><p><strong>- Peer Learning</strong></p><p>Learn through observation, feedback, and collaborative exercises</p><p><strong>- Assessment &amp; Certification</strong></p><p>Evaluated on module completion, participation, practical exercises, and overall readiness for the talent pool.</p><p><strong>- Core Modules: </strong>Introduction to the BA Academy · Business Advisory Foundations · Business Management Tools &amp; Advisory Areas · Business Advisory Process · Client Management &amp; Relationships · Business Technical Support &amp; Best Practices · Continuous Development &amp; Extending Impact · Sales and Marketing · Market Linkages · Personal Agency.</p><h3>Selection Process</h3><ol><li>Application Submission- Apply through the jobs portal</li><li>Application Screening- Review against minimum requirements and fit</li><li>Document &amp; Reference Verification</li><li>Final Selection- Based on objective, competency-based selection criteria</li></ol><p>Candidates will be assessed on criteria including relevant education, experience, quality of application, BA Academy performance, simulation performance, and professionalism. Top-scoring candidates will be placed in the <strong>pre-qualified Talent Pool</strong> for deployment as staffing<strong> needs arise.</strong></p><h3>Deployment</h3><p>Once certified, candidates are held on a standby roster and may be deployed on a temporary basis when staffing gaps occur (e.g., resignation, promotion, relocation, leave, illness). Assignment duration depends on need, and performance is monitored throughout each deployment. Compensation for deployed candidates follows Inkomoko's approved Payment Scale and compensation framework in effect at the time of deployment.</p><p></p><p></p>
