This role drives new business generation within the logistics and supply chain sector. You will identify supply chain opportunities to expand the company market presence. You are responsible for achieving departmental sales targets through active client acquisition. Your work ensures the unit achieves its growth and account management goals.
Basic salary + commission. OTE R60,000 +

What You'll Be Doing
- Identify new supply chain business opportunities to grow company revenue.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in the industrial and mining sectors.
- Lead the full sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
- Prepare business plans and presentations to show client value.
- Negotiate contracts alongside the legal team to secure favorable terms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing.
- Relevant professional training in sales.
Required Experience
- Five plus years of business development experience in professional environments.
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle for large accounts.
- Three years leading multidisciplinary senior management teams.
- Selling supply chain solutions to industrial sectors.
- Negotiating favorable contract terms and closing sales deals.
