We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our Cleaning division. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on winning new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Driving new business growth by proactively identifying, prospecting, and securing clients within target sectors
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, consistently working towards and exceeding revenue targets
- Leading the full sales cycle — from initial engagement and solution design to proposal development and closing deals
- Developing and managing strategic client relationships, ensuring high levels of retention and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
- Collaborating with operations and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of client solutions
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and strengthen the business offering
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong business development and sales acumen with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals
- Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of profitability and client needs
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver against targets
- Good planning, organisation, and reporting skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets
- Experience in cleaning, facilities management, or related industries is advantageous
- Strong understanding of commercial environments such as manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, or corporate sectors
