</div><p><span><strong>Qualifications, Competencies and Behaviors required:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>University degree in Finance, Accounting or business related&nbsp;</span></li>
<li><span>ACCA/CPA/CFA qualification or currently pursuing a professional qualification.&nbsp;</span></li>
<li><span>Minimum 4-7 years’ Financial Planning &amp; Analysis experience in Telecommunications or FMCG&nbsp;</span></li>
<li><span>Strong problem-solving and analytical capability, including quantitative and qualitative financial statement analysis.&nbsp;</span></li>
<li><span>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and big data analytics</span></li>
<li><span>Strong ability to analyze complex business issues and develop practical, value-driven solutions.&nbsp;</span></li>
<li><span>Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills able to work with colleagues&nbsp;</span></li>
<li><span>High attention to detail, good business understanding and ability to work effectively under pressure.</span></li>
</ul><p><span><strong>The role holder duties will include but not limited to:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Lead business performance reporting and analysis, providing actionable insights on revenue, customer, traffic, cost, and operational performance for Management and Board review.&nbsp;</span></li>
<li><span>Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring alignment with business strategy and Group objectives.&nbsp;</span></li>
<li><span>Monitor financial and operational performance against budgets and forecasts, analyze variances, and drive corrective actions with stakeholders.&nbsp;</span></li>
<li><span>Deliver business performance commentary, highlighting key trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.&nbsp;</span></li>
<li><span>Conduct market, competitor, industry, and macroeconomic analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.&nbsp;</span></li>
<li><span>Perform profitability and commercial analysis across products, segments, channels, sites, and MVNO operations to identify value creation opportunities.&nbsp;</span></li>
<li><span>Review and validate business cases, assessing the financial and commercial viability of investments, projects, and strategic initiatives.&nbsp;</span></li>
<li><span>Drive financial governance and budget compliance through expenditure reviews, budget optimization, and control of unbudgeted spending.&nbsp;</span></li>
<li><span>Partner with business units to identify, implement, and track cost optimization and efficiency initiatives across the organization.</span></li>
