Job Description
What you will be doing:
- End to end client lifecycle design from onboarding to termination
- Alignment between Business Banking and Personal Banking
- Single client view integration
- Client Lifecycle event, remediation, servicing and resolution design
- Enterprise process standardization
- Operationalization of client lifecycle events and trigger event design in partnership with Group Client, including alignment to enterprise data standards and operational processes
- Go live integration readiness across servicing ecosystems
The experience required:
- At least 5 years of experience in process engineering
- Strong Business Banking knowledge and relationships
- Strong problem solving and systems thinking capability
- Understanding of client lifecycle processes
- Ability to work across banking domains and operational ecosystems
- Ability to operationalize client lifecycle events, trigger events, and enterprise data standards into operational processes
- Strong business analysis fundamentals (requirements, process mapping, solution design)
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end projects with measurable impact (clear before vs after outcomes)

Qualifications (Minimum):
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering - General
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred):
- A relevant post-graduate qualification in Engineering - General or Information Technology
