We are looking for a professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Cashier to join our contract catering team within a corporate environment. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Accurately process cash, card, and other payment transactions.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently.
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily takings.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.
• Assist with serving food and beverages when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of cashier and service areas.
• Ensure products are correctly priced and displayed.
• Address customer queries and escalate concerns where necessary.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Support the catering team during peak service periods.
• Assist with stock counts and basic administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
• Previous cashier experience in a catering, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or corporate dining environment.
