The Chief Clerk: Customer Care is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the residents of Stellenbosch. The incumbent will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for resolving their queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

- Provide exceptional customer service to residents of Stellenbosch
- Respond to customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- 3 years' experience in a customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in a municipal environment
- Knowledge of municipal policies and procedures
Note: The incumbent will be required to work in a customer-facing environment and will be expected to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
