Job Description

We need to output clean semantic HTML, preserving all original content word-for-word, using

for paragraphs,

for section headers,
  • for list items> for lists. No CSS, no inline styles, no
    , no
. Must preserve content exactly as given, but we need to format accordingly. We have raw HTML input with many tags, but we need to output cleaned HTML with only

    ,

    ,
      ,
    • . Also need to preserve all text content exactly, including spaces? Probably we need to extract the textual content and wrap appropriately. We need to identify sections: The job title appears as a paragraph with many spaces and strong. Should be a

containing the title? Or maybe we treat title as a paragraph. The table contains metadata like Department, Reports To, etc. Those are not list items but could be presented as paragraphs? The instruction: Use

for section headers (e.g., Responsibilities, Qualifications...). The table rows are not section headers but data. We could treat each row as a

with strong label? But we must preserve content word-for-word. We could keep the table? But we cannot use

      or etc. Only allowed tags:

      ,

      ,
        ,
      • . So we need to convert the table content into paragraphs or list items? The instruction says use
        • for list items (duties, requirements, qualifications, skills). The table is not a list; maybe we can keep as paragraphs. We need to output only HTML, no extra explanation. We must preserve all original content word-for-word. That means we cannot drop any text, including the table tags? But we cannot output table tags because they are not allowed. However the instruction says "Use

for introductory paragraphs and general text". It doesn't forbid other tags, but says "No CSS classes, no inline styles, no

          s, no
          tags". It doesn't explicitly forbid

, but earlier: "Your ONLY job is to format it as clean semantic HTML." And they gave rules: Use

for introductory paragraphs and general text; Use

      for section headers; Use
      • for list items; No CSS classes, no inline styles, no
        s, no
tags. It doesn't say we cannot use other tags like

, but the goal is clean semantic HTML; using table for layout is not semantic. Probably we should avoid table and represent its content as paragraphs. We must preserve all original content word-for-word, meaning we cannot change wording, but we can change tags. So we need to extract the text content from the table and represent as paragraphs. Let's extract the text: First part:

Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Accountable Manager

That's a paragraph with many spaces and strong. We'll keep the text: "Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Accountable Manager" preceded by many spaces? The spaces are   entities. We should preserve them? Probably we can keep them as spaces. But we can collapse? The instruction says preserve ALL original content word-for-word. So we need to keep the spaces exactly. However converting to HTML, we can keep them as literal spaces. The original had many   before the strong. We could output them as spaces. But it's okay to keep them as spaces. Then a table with rows: Department: Operations Reports To: Chief Executive Officer Regulatory Status: UCAA-accepted Accountable Manager and senior executive responsible for the Company's operational approvals Duty Station: Head Office, Entebbe, with frequent travel across the operating network Job Level: Chief / Executive Management / Nominated Post Holder Direct Reports: Head of Flight Operations; Head of Maintenance and Engineering and AMO; Manager Safety; Manager Quality We need to preserve each line exactly. Could output each as a

with strong label? The original had

. So we could output "

      Department: Operations

" preserving the colon and space. Similarly for others. Then after table, there is a paragraph:

       1.Job purpose

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Accountable Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe, secure, compliant, reliable and efficient conduct of Uganda Airlines' flight operations and aircraft maintenance activities. The role provides executive direction to Flight Operations, Maintenance and Engineering, the Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO), Safety and Quality. As Accountable Manager, the job holder has ultimate executive accountability for ensuring that the Company's approved operations are properly financed and resourced, that the Safety Management System (SMS) and Quality Assurance arrangements are implemented and effective, and that operations are stopped or restricted whenever safety risk or non-compliance becomes unacceptable. The COO translates corporate strategy and the approved network plan into executable operations while protecting airworthiness, operational control, regulatory approvals, people, assets and the Company's reputation.

We need to preserve the text exactly, including   entities. We could keep them as spaces. Then "

      2. Key accountabilities

" then subsections (a) etc each as

      (a)Accountable Manager and regulatory accountability

      then a
        with
      • items. We need to convert those
          and
        • as is; they are already
          • . We can keep them. But we need to ensure we only use

            ,

            ,
              ,
            • . The existing
              • are fine. The

and ...> we can convert to

                ...>

maybe. We also need to treat section headers like "Job purpose", "Key accountabilities", "Minimum qualifications and experience" as

                . The rule: Use

for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). So we should wrap those headings in

                . The original uses

                2. Key accountabilities

. We need to change that to

                2. Key accountabilities

. Similarly for "Job purpose" maybe it's a subsection under 1. but it's not a major section? It's labeled "1. Job purpose". Could treat as

as well. The rule says use

for section headers; we can apply to all numbered sections. Thus we will convert: - Job title: maybe just a

with the title (strong?). Could keep strong inside

. But we could also make it

Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Accountable Manager

. Keep spaces. - Then the metadata rows: each as

                Department: Operations

                etc. - Then

                1. Job purpose

                then paragraph. - Then

                2. Key accountabilities

                then subsections (a)-(j) each as

                (a)Accountable Manager and regulatory accountability

etc. Note the original had a space after the closing parenthesis? It shows "(a)Accountable Manager and regulatory accountability" no space. We'll keep exactly. - Then each
                • as is. - Then after subsection (j) there is a nested

                  inside a

                • that contains "Foster a culture...

                  " then "

                  3. Minimum qualifications and experience

                  " inside the same
                • . That's messy. We need to preserve content but also follow allowed tags. The original had:
                • Foster a culture in which safety, compliance, professional discipline, learning, respectful challenge and operational excellence are visible leadership priorities.

                  3. Minimum qualifications and experience

                • Thus inside a
                • there are two

                  elements. That's allowed because

                • can contain block elements? Not strictly but we can keep. We need to preserve the content exactly, but we can change tags to

                  etc. We'll keep the structure:

                • containing two

elements. After that, the qualifications list continues as

                    with
                  • items. We need to ensure we don't add or remove any text. Let's extract the full text after the table. I'll copy the relevant sections from the input: After table:

                     1.Job purpose
