Client Services Consultant will be responsible for addressing customer needs and ensuring that the customer has a positive experience. To perform a customer service role, the Client Services Consultant needs to use customer service skills. This skill set includes qualities like active listening, empathy, problem-solving and communication. The Client Services Consultant will assist the Clinical liaison manager in the achievement of divisional goals and maintaining compliance with the Netcare standards.

KEY WORK OUTPUT AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

DISRUPTIVE INNOVATION

  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
  • Perform other duties as required to meet customer requirements.
  • Demonstrate strong customer services and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in team environment.
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment and utilize proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resolves and escalates queries from submitting clinicians, patients and hospitals staff.
  • Responsible for ensuring the ‘closed loop’ on customer queries.
  • Maintain a clean and save working environment.
  • Maintain and ensure all manuals are kept up to date.
  • Monitor supplies and inventory for Client Services.
  • Readily assists both internal and external customers.
  • Be able to deal with unexpected situations and deal with it independently.
  • Flexibility to work night shift, public holidays and weekends.
  • Perform any other reasonable administrative tasks assigned such as accounts activities and data capture.
  • Monitoring of Aqure with quick access options (including all regions).
  • Action failed quality control and calibrations.
  • Action remote interventions.
  • Liaise with the Radiometer FSE if needed.

SKILLS PROFILE

EDUCATION

Required

  • Grade 12.
  • Medical industry background preferred and advantageous.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Required

  • Relevant Working Experience.
  • Previous healthcare or customer service background preferred.
  • Some theoretical and practical knowledge in pathology disciplines would be an advantage.

KNOWLEDGE

Required

  • Knowledge of health-related policies, procedures and legislation.
  • Knowledge of trends and developments in the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge and support of the ever-evolving Netcare strategy of person centred health and care.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Professional flexibility in working hours while supporting daily business operations which may include weekends and night shifts where applicable.

Will interact with internal and external customers through several different means.
