Our client is looking to employ an EE Position as Client Services Manager: Administration
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership
- Leading team members to achieve Client Service's strategic objectives
- Client Servicing
- Delivering on contracted SLA's
- Decision Making
- Managerial Functions
- Performance Management
- Coaching & Training
- Ongoing Coaching & identification of training and development needs
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric / Grade 12
- Relevant tertiary financial qualification
- Completion of Regulatory Exam 1
- 8-10 years Client Services Manager / Banking/ Lisp Environment experience
- At least 5 years in management
- Client-focused, collaborative, and results-driven
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, innovate, and thrive under pressure
- Positive, enthusiastic, and empathetic attitude
