Shape and protect CCBU's operating environment by leading strategic engagement with government, regulators, industry bodies and other key stakeholders, while influencing policy, strengthening corporate reputation, mitigating external risks and enabling sustainable business growth.

Develop and execute the country public affairs and stakeholder engagement strategy.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with government, regulators, industry associations and other key stakeholders.

Monitor political, legislative and regulatory developments and provide strategic counsel on business implications.

Lead advocacy initiatives that support business priorities and a favourable policy environment.

Represent the company in external forums to strengthen CCBU's reputation, influence and corporate standing.

Identify and mitigate policy, regulatory and reputational risks that may impact business continuity and growth.

Drive strategic partnerships that advance sustainability, corporate citizenship and shared value objectives.

Ensure effective stakeholder engagement planning, executive briefings, and compliance with company governance and ethical standards.
