Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern

Location: Lagos (Fully Remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Intern with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate will support the execution of marketing strategies, drive online visibility, and contribute to lead generation efforts across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, social media, email, etc.)
• Manage and grow social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging content (graphics, captions, short videos) aligned with brand messaging
• Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly reports with insights and recommendations
• Support lead generation and conversion strategies
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with the design and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Assist in managing email marketing campaigns and newsletters

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience managing digital marketing campaigns
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation
• Ability to analyze data and interpret campaign performance metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Must be based in Lagos or familiar with the Lagos market

Compensation

₦40,000 monthly + Data Allowance.
