We are seeking a strategically minded Mid-Weight Strategist to support the Senior Strategist and work closely with digital performance marketing teams. This role is responsible for translating campaign, brand, and audience data into clear, actionable insights, while also contributing to the development of reporting templates and strategic frameworks that enhance consistency and quality across the business. The successful candidate will be required to interpret digital performance, market and consumer insights, and translate complex information into clear, audience-appropriate outputs for senior stakeholders including CEOs, CMOs, CFOs, and Brand Managers. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, analytical capability, and strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across strategy, media, creative, and digital teams. The incumbent should also be comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve research, workflow efficiency, and insight generation.
