Job Description

The Naledi Institute of Management Sciences is a leading provider of management development and training services in Southern Africa. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director: Corporate Services to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the Corporate Services department, ensuring that all aspects of the department's operations are aligned with the Institute's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• providing strategic leadership and direction to the Corporate Services department
• developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations
• managing and supervising a team of staff
• coordinating and implementing training and development programs for staff
• ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
