Job Description

The Naledi Institute of Management is a leading provider of management education and training in Southern Africa. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Director-Corporate-Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the Corporate Services department, ensuring that all operations are aligned with the Institute's vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing strategic plans for the Corporate Services department;
• Providing leadership and guidance to the team;
• Ensuring effective communication and collaboration with other departments;
• Managing budgets and resources;
• Identifying and mitigating risks;
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction;
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

The successful candidate will be based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
