Dispatch Clerk (Midrand DC)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispatching of stock to correct outlets
• Ensure systematic processing, labelling and documentation of stock to be dispatched
• Respond to email and telephonic enquiries within agreed service levels.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on any issues relating to dispatch
• Inventory controls to ensure system and physical stock is accounted for.
• Capture and maintain accurate records of all queries.
• Follow up on outstanding cases and provide regular feedback.
• Escalate unresolved issues where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• 1–2 years' customer service, administration, or call centre experience.
• Experience within a Distribution Centre, logistics, or retail environment will be advantageous.

Skills

• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple queries simultaneously.
