Electricians Needed
Locations: Welkom & Orkney, South Africa Free state and Nort west
Company: Hydro Power Systems (HPS)
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment
- Fault-finding and diagnostics on electrical components
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, mine regulations, and company procedures
- Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
- Support commissioning and operational activities on-site
- Complete accurate technical reports and documentation
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Electrician (Red Seal / Trade Test essential)
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in an industrial or mining environment and must have underground experience
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and compliance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work on-site in Welkom or Orkney
- Valid driver’s licence (advantageous)
