Job Description
A Mining house based in Central Africa is looking for an experienced HR Executive for a 2yr Contract period. Duties: Responsible for managing the full People Operations value chain. Qualifications/Requirements: Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or equivalent. Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in People Operations roles. At least 8+ years in senior leadership roles managing multiple HR functions. Proven experience leading HR transformation initiatives, including implementation and optimisation of HRIS and HR technologies. Experience managing contractors, facilities, and workplace services within a multicultural mining environment. Proficiency in business English is mandatory; and working knowledge of French would be highly advantageous. Desired Skills: Mining, HR Executive, Contract.
