Join a high-impact Talent Acquisition team shaping the future of financial advice in South Africa.
We are looking for a driven, commercially minded Recruiter with strong bulk recruitment experience within the financial services industry to join our Talent Acquisition Hub.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys building high-quality talent pipelines while partnering closely with business leaders.
Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for high-volume adviser and sales roles
- Building and maintaining proactive talent pipelines
- Sourcing quality candidates through multiple recruitment channels
- Partnering with leadership teams to understand recruitment needs
- Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
- Managing recruitment administration, compliance, and reporting
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Driving recruitment turnaround times and quality-of-hire outcomes
Requirements
- Proven recruitment experience within the financial services industry
- Strong experience in bulk/high-volume recruitment
- Proven sourcing capability and pipeline management experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong administrative and coordination capability
- Experience recruiting sales/adviser roles will be advantageous
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business, or related field will be advantageous
- Relevant recruitment or talent acquisition certifications will be advantageous
