Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily visitor and meeting room requirements
• Monitor maintenance requests and supplier performance
• Manage procurement and invoice processes
• Support budget tracking and reporting
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Qualifications:

• Grade 12; facility/building qualification is a plus
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficient in MS Office and Infor EAM
• Valid driver’s license
