Job Purpose To contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Premier Finance Department by supporting daily financial operations through data capturing, account reconciliations, and financial administration to ensure accurate and timely data is processed.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and process financial data accuracy and timeously.
- Assist with bookkeeping functions and maintaining financial records.
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and schedules.
- Maintain organize filling systems ( physical and digital).
- Assist with month-end processes and reporting.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal financial procedures.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve basic finance queries
Qualification Requirements
- Completed Finance Management N6 qualification ( Preferable TVET )
- Strong academic record and sound understanding of basic accounting concept and processes.
Experience Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong numerical with high level of accuracy skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Good analytical and time-management skills
