Our client is looking for a strong, experienced Financial Manager who can bring structure, controls, strategic insight, and financial leadership to their Gauteng operation. * Driving strategic financial planning & forecasting * A relevant tertiary financial qualification * Pronel Personnel * Germiston, South Africa * Permanent * Full Time - Description - Germiston - This is not a maintenance role. This is a build, strengthen, and elevate role * Implementing proper controls and governance * Strengthening reporting accuracy and visibility * Improving cash flow management and working capital * Ensuring compliance and reduce risk exposure * Aligning finance with long-term business growth * 15+ years relevant experience * Preferably be bilingual (Afrikaans & English) * Have their own transport * Be hands-on, structured, and process-driven * Have strong leadership and implementation ability * Enjoys fixing systems and improving controls
