Fleet Controllers are responsible for the overall management of the fleet, including the maintenance, repair, and replacement of vehicles. They must ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained, and that all drivers are properly trained and qualified. The Fleet Controller must also ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and that all necessary permits and licenses are in place. The Fleet Controller must be able to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize fleet performance. The Fleet Controller must also be able to communicate effectively with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure that all fleet operations are running smoothly.
