Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with cleanliness, hygiene, and food standards regulations.
• Prepare meals, especially salads and desserts.
• Stock and clean serving lines.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Store and record food leftovers.
• Keep canteen tables, kitchen, and other areas clean and orderly.
• Meet customer expectations and provide high-level customer service.
• Carry out reasonable management requests.
• Report and take action on customer complaints or compliments.
• Attend meetings and training courses.
• Perform related work as assigned.
• Assist with duties outside the scope of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Matric
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
