Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• 2–3 years’ experience in a fresh foods / produce retail environment
• Experience in managing stock, shrinkage, and quality in produce
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
