General Manager - Operations

PROTEC, one of South Africa's leading STEM education NPOs, is seeking an experienced and innovative General Manager: Operations to lead the national delivery of its learner and teacher development programmes. The General Manager, Operations, holds a senior leadership position responsible for promoting operational excellence across PROTEC's national programmes. The GM: Operations will drive programme excellence, lead curriculum and pedagogical development, manage regional delivery teams, and ensure consistent, high-quality implementation of PROTEC's STEM programmes nationwide. GM Operations offers strategic guidance, develops, and manages programme execution; ensures organisational effectiveness; facilitates impact assessment; enhances stakeholder relationships; and supports the sustainable expansion of PROTEC's operations
