Job Description:

Job Purpose To execute full- and on-time daily targets in the Production Department and the bulk plan. To ensure the integrity of the product is never compromised.

Key Responsibilities:

• To maintain a high-quality product in Production Department
• To maintain a high-quality product in Production Department
• Maintain high housekeeping standards at all times.
• Adhere to all Company rules and procedures.

Qualification Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent

Experience Requirements:

• Related Production experience advantageous
• Logical Thinker
• 2-3 years relevant experience
• Proven track record of effective communication with Supervisors and Management
• Housekeeping, hygiene and safety

Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to work in a team.
• Be able and available to work shifts.
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Must be self-motivated
• Must be prepared to work overtime and on weekends.

Working Conditions:

Required to work rotational shifts, Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays as per shift roster including night shift. Must be able to work in hot manufacturing conditions.
