Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering & Maintenance Manager to join our team at Ntice Sourcing Solutions (Pty) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the engineering and maintenance team to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering and maintenance team to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our machinery
• Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure equipment is in good working order
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements
• Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and capital projects
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
