Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and talented young graduates to join our Graduate Trainee/Internship program. The program is designed to provide young graduates with the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in a real-world setting. The program is a 12-month internship that will provide you with the opportunity to work on real projects, gain hands-on experience, and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of projects
• Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Participate in training and development programs
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Work on special projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 0-2 years of work experience
