About the Role
The Graphic Designer is responsible for the creation of specialised digital content in line with the brand vision and design strategy. The Graphic Designer plays a role in shaping the visual identity and elevating the creative output of the brand.
Qualifications
- Must have a Graphic Design/ Textile Design or Clothing Design Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a graphic/garment or textile designer in the clothing industry
- Adept in Adobe CC – Most importantly Photoshop & illustrator
- 3D design experience is advantageous
- Understanding of different printing processes applicable to textiles
- Ability to do technical drawings
- Hand rendering skills
- Good understanding of print and colour direction
- Knowledge of fabrics and garment construction
- Experience in trend research
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to influence
- Team player with a positive attitude

Key Duties
- Deliver trend and brand-relevant graphic placement across Fabiani lifestyle breaks, including garment, textile, embroidery, and trim designs
- Provide trend-relevant research through various resources aligned with the Fabiani customer
- Compile trend mood boards with a focus on styling, graphics, and colour
- Prepare technical drawings and build range boards
- Present trend overviews to stakeholders
- Influence, support, and work closely with buyers to develop trend-relevant ranges that meet premium customer expectations for newness and wardrobe updates
