About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and service-driven Hostess to join our team. This role is all about creating a welcoming environment, supporting residents during mealtimes, and helping ensure each dining experience feels comfortable, caring, and enjoyable.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome residents warmly as they arrive for meals
  • Assist residents to their tables and provide support where needed
  • Prepare dining areas before service (lay tables, ensure cleanliness, set up beverages)
  • Serve drinks, assist with meal service, and respond to resident requests
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation in dining areas
  • Communicate resident needs or concerns to the catering and care teams
  • Build positive, caring relationships with residents to enhance their dining experience
