About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and service-driven Hostess to join our team. This role is all about creating a welcoming environment, supporting residents during mealtimes, and helping ensure each dining experience feels comfortable, caring, and enjoyable.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome residents warmly as they arrive for meals
- Assist residents to their tables and provide support where needed
- Prepare dining areas before service (lay tables, ensure cleanliness, set up beverages)
- Serve drinks, assist with meal service, and respond to resident requests
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation in dining areas
- Communicate resident needs or concerns to the catering and care teams
- Build positive, caring relationships with residents to enhance their dining experience
