We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team in Gqeberha. In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR administrative and operational support across our Fedics and TsAfrika business segments. You will play a key role in supporting the HR Business Partner as well as HRD, ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance with legislation, and delivering a high-quality HR service to the business. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage full HR administration processes, including onboarding, transfers, and terminations.
- Coordinate recruitment activities such as job advertising, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Support payroll operations, including submissions, queries, and employee benefits administration.
- Provide employee relations support, including disciplinary processes and compliance with labour laws.
- Coordinate performance management and training initiatives.
- Compile and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and employee data records.
- Deliver HR advisory and support services to employees and line management, ensuring compliance and best practice.

Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Diploma/Degree in HR and/or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in: Human Resource Administration, Payroll Administration, Recruitment and Selection, Learning & Development, Performance and Talent Management, HR Reporting, Customer Service, Stakeholder Management
