About the Role:
To ensure all imports processes are completed on time and that all shipments arrive on time in the most cost effective manner. These activities are not limited to and includes monitoring vendor related activities, proactive order well management, perform administrative duties, reporting and data analysis function.
What you'll do:
- Monitor and compile order well reports
- Shipping line nominations
- Management of shipping documentation
- Resolving bamboo rose queries
- Completion of clearing instructions
- Invoice validation
- Ensure container readiness
- Investigation of demurrages
- Vendor e-learning and onboarding
- The management of client and vendor relationships
- Responsible for all data analysis and reporting
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply chain or similar
- Minimum of 1 years' relevant experience within an Imports or Supply
