We empower our people to strive for excellence Job Purpose As an Insights Graduate, you are expected to make a genuine contribution to the work of the organisation You’ll support the development of consumer, market and business insights that inform brand, category decisions Key Responsibilities Reporting and Performance Tracking Contribute to regular reporting cycles (monthly / quarterly reviews) Assist in tracking core performance metrics, including; Market share Brand performance Innovation performance Consumer and Market Insights Conduct desktop research on consumer trends, competitor activity and category dynamics Support the identification of patterns, trends and emerging insight opportunities in collaboration with Senior Insights Manager. Assist in translating data into practical business learnings and recommendations Stakeholder support and Communication Prepare materials for stakeholder engagements, including pre-reads, summaries and presentations Ensure insights are communicated in a clear and effective way for different audiences Support the development of: Charts and simple dashboards Insight summaries and one page reports Presentations and storytelling materials Research and Support Support the delivery of quantitative and qualitative market research projects Contribute andinput into to questionnaire and discussion guide development Assist with supplier coordination and fieldwork management Commercial and Brand Exposure Learn how insights inform: Brand strategy Innovation Campaign development and communication planning Build confidence in suing key business and insights tools including; Excel (data management and basic analysis) PowerPoint (storytelling and presentation development ) Research and analytics platforms and tools

Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce (BCom) or Science (BSc) A post-graduate will be advantageous. Candidates must have graduated within the last 12 months.

Experience Requirements:
No formal work experience is required. Vacation work, internships or ad hoc roles completed during studies will be advantageous

Skills and Competencies:
Skills / Knowledge Comfortable working with data and conducting basic analysis Strong attention to detail and accuracy Structured thinking and problem-solving ability Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of marketing / consumer behaviour (advantageous) Attributes Curious, inquisitive and eager to learn Proactive and willing to take initiative Open to feedback and able to learn quickly Organised and capable of managing multiple tasks Positive, collaborative and team-oriented Confident in using own initiative while maintaining a strong focus on attention to detail Ability to work flexibly and proactively to achieve results.
