This is a full-time, mid-level position focused on delivering excellence in short-term commercial insurance. The successful candidate will join a workplace committed to diversity and inclusion, where preference is given to applicants from designated groups and individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Growth: Selling short-term commercial products, following up on leads, and building a robust client base.
- Client Advisory: Advising clients on their insurance needs, providing quotations, and managing policy renewals.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, product providers, and colleagues.
- Engagement: Handling incoming and outgoing calls and conducting on-site meetings with clients.
- Strategic Execution: Implement the company strategy to ensure business goals are met.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12.
- Qualifications: NQF 4 Short-Term Insurance Certificate and an RE5 Certificate.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in short-term insurance, specifically within commercial lines.
- Regulatory: DOFA confirmation from the FSCA.
- Logistics: Must have your own transport.
