About the Role
The International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) is seeking future board members with general corporate board experience and financial literacy combined with high-level experience in animal research governance, one health, genetics, production, and other fields of international livestock research for development.
Responsibilities
- Serve on the ILRI Board, which meets physically twice each year with electronic communication at other times.
- Receive a modest honorarium and travel costs.
Qualifications
- General corporate board experience and financial literacy.
- High-level experience in livestock research and its governance, resource mobilization, finance/audit, and experience in commercialization of research outputs.
