- Relevant Diploma or Degree in Fashion, Retail Business Management, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- A keen interest in pursuing a career as an Online Buyer or within the E-commerce Retail environment.

- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in risk assessments and documentation.
- Good interpersonal communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

Responsibilities
- Assist with Online Buying administration, including product setup, order creation, amendments, sample management, and liaising with Marketing on products for digital campaigns, content creation, and photoshoots.
- Provide ad hoc Online Buying administration support.
- Assist in researching emerging online trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity across digital retail platforms.
- Support the Online Buying team in selecting and curating future online product ranges.
- Analyse online sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to support informed buying decisions.
- Share your insights and ideas on how to elevate and optimise our online product offering.
- Gain insights by collaborating with our Planning, E-commerce, and Marketing teams and contributing to online product selections.
- Assist with monitoring product performance and identifying opportunities to improve the online customer experience.
