Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the terminal, ensuring that all activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of terminal operations
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Manage and motivate a team of terminal staff
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards
• Develop and implement emergency response plans
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Develop and implement training programs for terminal staff
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of success in operations management
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to travel frequently
• Strong knowledge of terminal operations and management
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Strong knowledge of company policies and procedures
