- Microsoft MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals)
Experience Includes
- First-line IT support (onsite & remote)
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- User account management (Active Directory basics)
- Microsoft 365 support (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
- Ticketing systems and helpdesk support
- Basic networking (IP addressing, connectivity issues)
