Position: Kitchen Manager / Head Chef
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ management experience in a similar role
- Valid, contactable references
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with menu development, setup, and recipe testing
- Manage and supervise kitchen staff
- Compile and manage staff rosters
- Ensure quality control and consistency of all food prepared
- Oversee stock control and inventory management
- Manage food costing and maintain cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and kitchen organization
